AI-Driven Prediction of Developmental Gene Function

Morgan develops artificial intelligence tools to predict how genetic perturbations alter cell populations during development. Large language models integrate experimental datasets with extensive biological literature. Automated pipelines enable citation-grounded predictions and systematic benchmarking. This work reframes how existing biological knowledge can be synthesized to guide new experiments.
