Alice Berger, PhD

Assistant Professor at Fred Hutch

“On-Target Discovery: Rigor and reproducibility in genetic screens.”

Description:
Reverse genetic screens are powerful tools for drug target discovery and basic science. However, the history of human genetic screens is rife with irreproducible results and false positives.
